Forever Young has need for a wheelchair accessible van to be better able to transport our wish recipients.
We have an elderly lady who needs some repairs around her home.
We have a WWII Vet who needs a handicap ramp for his home.
Update: We have received a ramp for this wish recipient and we are grateful that this wish has been met.
We have a couple who have entered an assisted living facility
and need to find a home for their dog. He is an 8 year old cocker
spaniel/pug mix. He has a very sweet personality and loves playing
golf. This couple hopes for him to find a home with someone who
will love him.
Update: We have found a home for this puppy and this has
brought much peace and happiness to his Mom and Dad in the facility.
We have a small group of WWII veterans who would like to visit Washington D.C. We need transportation and funds for this trip.
An 80 year old widow would like to go to the Masters Golf Tournament.
We have a man who is the total caregiver for his wife, who is
confined to her bed in illness. He is no longer able to drive
due to an illness of his own and would love to go fishing.
Update:
FedEx pilot, Jim Cobb has volunteered to become a fishing buddy
for WWII veteran R. Smith.
We need a scooter for an 82 year old man. If someone has a scooter in good condition that they would like to sell or donate please call (901-299-7516).
